  1. To install the CD-ROM from a network:
  2.  
  3. Important:  The network location for the CD-ROM must be reachable by a drive letter (for example, N:\).

  5. For Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT 4.0:
  6. 1.  Browse the "Network Neighborhood" and select the computer and directory that contains the CD-ROM.
  7. 2.  Click the right mouse button and select "Map Network Drive..."
  8. 3.  Choose any drive letter not currently used and click OK.
  9. 4.  Choose START and select RUN.
  10. 5.  Type the drive letter for the network CD-ROM drive (chosen in step 3) followed by a colon and \setup (for example, d:\setup when d is the network CD-ROM drive).  Then click OK.
  11. 6.  Follow the setup instructions as they appear on the screen.

  13. For Windows 3.x or Windows NT 3.51
  14. 1.  Choose the "Connect Network Drive" from the "DISK" menu in File Manager.
  15. 2.  Select the computer and directory that contains the CD-ROM.
  16. 3.  Choose any drive letter not currenly used and click OK.
  17. 4.  In Program Manager, choose RUN from the FILE menu.
  18. 5.  Type the drive letter for the network CD-ROM drive (chosen in step 3) followed by a colon and \setup (for example, d:\setup when d is the network CD-ROM drive).  Then click OK.
  19. 6.  Follow the setup instructions as they appear on the screen.
